This is the WORST, most UNPROFESSIONAL moving company EVER. I had the appointment scheduled for over a month. I had to call them to confirm that they were coming. This should have been the first red flag. Then, when they did not show up 1.5 hours after they were scheduled, I called them again. The person that I spoke with said that they were going to give the moving truck (that had been reserved for my apartment) to someone else. They would send a flatbed truck to me within 30 minutes. 1 hour later, I called again because the movers were still not at my apartment. I then got put on hold, hung-up on, and told that I had the wrong number. Eventually they stop answering my calls all-together. I had to use someone else’s phone just to get them to pick up and get hung up on again. They stopped answering phone calls from that number too. I left a message on the answering machine and told them that I would like the common courteously of a simple time that the movers would be at my apartment and that I expected them to call back within 10 minutes. They did call back…TO CANCEL…three hours after the movers were supposed to be at my apartment. They said that the moving truck broke over an hour before they cancelled. Keep in mind that I had tried to reach them at least 5 times since the truck “supposedly” broke, and the cancellation was the first time that I had heard anything about the moving truck. Moreover, they told me that I was going to get a flat bed trailer and pick-up truck, so I don’t know why I would be affected by a moving truck breakdown. They did not offer to get a different company. This was the worst moving experience of my life.
THESE PEOPLE WILL LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY AND NOT THINK ANYTHING OF IT. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
