The only reason I got a membership here was because it was very cheap, not contract and it was minutes from my house. NOT WORTH IT! I canceled my husbands membership through the phone within the first month because they charged us double, I kept mine 'cause I needed to work out. They pressure you every five seconds to get a personal trainer and they refuse to answer any questions about equipment or workouts if you don't buy trainer time plus the equipment is very old. I tried to cancel my membership months after and now I have to send them a letter of cancellation even though I don't have a contract. You have to say that you are renewing you membership or paying your dues in order to get through their phone lines. Save yourself the hassle and run away from Bally's.‎
