Worst customer service in any auto parts dealer
When you put on a reciept that you will except back parts in the same condition as sold with the exception of electrical parts customers tend to take you up on that offer from time to time. And if you take 15% off of the price as stated for a handling charge that's fine too. But to lie in writing to a customer and then try to make up excuses for why you won't take them back is uncalled for. I do not recommend that anyone ever use them. There are tons of auto parts dealers in north Ga that are honest, who don't lie and cheat. I will let it be know to every person I know to never use the services of Cagle Auto Parts.

Cons: They told us we could pick up parts in a hour to hour and a half, two hours later we were told to give them a few minutes, yeah that turned into another hour and a half.
