First of all I want to say.... THANK YOU JAMES!!!! He is my savior. I just had a baby and I had been in the hospital for the last few days, and my husband has been out of country in the army. When I came home I found that there was a power surge that hit my house while I was gone. The house was hot, my refrigerator smelled awful and my freezer outside was dripping of thawed meats and ice cream.
Panicked, I called my mom and she told me to call this guy James because he had taken care of her stuff just recently. I called and had to leave a message. Not a big deal because he called me within a minute...turned out he was on the other line. I explained to him the situation and apparently while I was talking to him he was already setting up his technicians to come out. I say that, because I had an air condition guy, Roger, knocking at my door in just an hour after I got off the phone with James. Not but 20 or so minutes later Robert got there to check out the refrigerator and freezer.
The two of them took the time to help me remove the bad stuff out of my house and kept their work areas neat. Needless to say, in a matter of a total of 4 hours time span. I was completely back to normal. The guys fixed the stuff on the spot, with a quick trip to the parts store and my new Caden and I can have a cool house with a cooling refrigerator and freezer.
They were professional, very nice, and they took care of me. So I want to extend my thanks in every way I can.

I had dallas appliance out today and had them come check out my dryer which wasn't heating. My technician was tall, dark with glasses, named James. Such a sweet heart! I was worried that the dryer was a lost cause, but when he came over, we found out it was just a fuse and fixed it. He seemed to know exactly what was going on and was pretty good at checking the whole thing out before he made that diagnosis. He even spent the time to clean up the lint out of the ventilation, and swept up when he put it all back together. I am glad I found this company and even though I hope I never have to use them again, I know if I do, I will call them for sure. Thanks James!‎

I didn't realize there were these other reviews. I looked this website up, and there it was, the first one on the list. Noticed a bunch of good reviews and thought I would give them a call. The site said it was open 24 hours and I was glad for that, because my refrigerator was acting up at 10 something at night. James picked up the phone, not a recording and he took the time to explain techniques to keep my stuff cool enough until he could come out the next morning. When he had come to my house first thing, I was very pleased since I was thinking I would have to wait all morning. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, very straight forward kind of guy. He had the parts on the truck and fixed my refrigerator right up. It was almost too fast...lol. He is full of information and very helpful with all different kinds of appliances. I would recommend James any day. I know I will be sending him to my parents.‎
