Great Hotel - iffy room service‎

This hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious. The only issues I have found are that the room service menu does not show all of the available items (you have to get the front desk staff to talk to the chef to get the available menu), the orders always come to the room incorrect, and they cannot bring the requested sides (i.e. "I would like 2 ketchup", and I get 1 ketchup.)
