Used them b4 with no problem,but this time was a nightmare. After showing up 4HOURS late (even then had to convince them to come), I am inforned that I suddenly have to pay for mileage since I was not in the Dallas area (even though it was not mentioned once during any of my consultations despite them knowing the old and new address). They then managed to damage some of my stuff they had the brignt idea to move it through an upstairs window. When I talked to the manager (or whatever he was supposed to be) to get them to cover the cost of the repairs, he was nice enough to call me a liar and accuse me of "being a thief".

I have used this company three times, and have been pleased each time! They are quick, efficient, and dependable!

I would not recommend Free move texas even to my enemy. I fould out about this service through and online search. The customer service at Free move texas is the worst. There is an agent by the name of Bobby and he has the worst attitude and work ethic I know of. He asked me to find out all the details from the apartment rental office like the percentage etc; which was his job in the first place. And then when I called him back to find out the status he said he was still waiting on me for the details. And this happened repeatedly, and he showed a lot of attitude. I would recommend that you find out about any moving service you want to use from freinds or family who have used it and are satisfied with them.‎
