Worst Plumbing Company Ever!!!
Over-Priced. 247 dollars to replace a connection hose to the hot water heater. Don't get me wrong, the tech gave me a price upfront, and stated it would take 30 mins to an hour to do the work. He was done in 10 minutes and still charged me 247.00. I just see how you expect to get repeat business with outrageous prices like that. Will never use them again.

Unfortunately not trustworthy
Good response time but work was incomplete. I needed some gas line work done and the work was done quickly and well. However, after inspection the plumber didn't make it back before the gas company came to turn on gas and light pilot lights. The plumber said no problem, he lit the three pilot lights in question. I double checked as he was leaving and he said yes, they were all lit. This morning two furnaces kicked on blowing cold air. Sure enough, no pilot lights lit. I checked the third, a water heater, and also was not lit. It was clear from the access doors on the furnace that he never opened them and lit them so he lied to me. Rating would be higher but I can't be positive about a contractor that looks me in the eye and lies twice in a row. There wasn't a misunderstanding, it was purely an untruth.

Gary's Plumbing is the best plumbing service I've used here in Texas. We have had them do numerous projects, such as replacing bathroom fixtures, repairing toilets, and replacing kitchen faucets. They are easy to work with, show up on time, and do an excellent job. They are also very neat and clean and leave your house in great condition. I highly recommend them!
