Time well spent
I often go to salons looking for a transformation (as I can never really make up my own mind). I tend to get the same amout of blah until I got here. I've dyed/cut my hair twice and each time I can see the amout of thought and consideration going into my new look. I have not seen this in any other salon I've visited. Well done.

Look out men of Dallas I just got my hair done...
There is no time in my life that I feel sexier, prettier and better about myself then when I walk out of a salon...
In Dallas, my salon has become Jekyll and HYDE. After meeting Jennifer (Hyde) on a whim stop in, I am addicted and transformed in mind, hair and spirit from when I walked into and out of her salon.
I have visions of what I hope for in my hair, usually some gorgeous celebrity cut/style that we all know they didn't do themselves, and I show them to Jen and she comes up with a way to customize it for me, my face, my life etc. It's about making my hair work for me...I'm an athlete so ease and versatility are keys, but I'm not going to forsake sex appeal and style. She takes everything into account, teaches how to use products to make my life easier and style better.
I'm particular about my expectation in a salon, stylist and transformer....I've lived in NYC, DC, Michigan, Florida and traveled the entire nation (lord knows I've paid up to 100 for a blow out back in NYC)....Jennifer Hyde brings it when it comes to hair. I'm so happy to have found a "home" salon here in the big D. The quality, style, energy and sass rolling out of an affordable salon blows my mind every time I spend an hour or two getting pampered at Jekyll and HYDE.
Two enthusiastic thumbs up and a wink and a smile. You won't be disappointed.

A uneven and horrible cut by their master stylist
The so-called Master stylist just kept rambling on talking and standing in one place cutting. Then flattened my hair so I could not see from my natural wavy hair that the hair WAS COMPLETELY I mean completely uneven. One side had virtually no layers and the other side where she was standing the entire time was layered too much. I did call the owner but since I drove over 30 miles to see them and the hair was so messed up she offered to fix it. She seemed angry that I would even complain about me cut. I told her I was not going to take another chance and have it messed up. I went to Fantastic Sams and the minute I walked in the door they knew what had to be fixed. They fixed my hair. Lesson learned.. just cause a stylist says they are a master stylist is not necessarily true!
