If you can get through on the phone, the quality and price of this shop is good. But both my wife and I had to leave multiple messages to get a call back.

We took my mother's button-tufted wingback chair to Markham Restoration for upholstery. They completed the project on-time, added nailhead trim and got the diamond folds with button-tufting perfect. Everything was reasonably priced (not cheap! But you they were reasonably priced as we shopped around.) Overall we were extremely pleased.

We had a sofa, loveseat and wingback upholstered by Markham Restoration. We supplied our own fabric. The owner provided a reasonable quote, the furniture was picked up and delivered promptly, and the work was completed on time. The owner provides great service, was very curteous. Most importantly, the upholstery looks great and everything was done exactly as we requested. I recommend them to everyone who asks - we get a lot of compliments.

Markham Restoration does have some fabrics in their workroom but basically they encourage you to supply your own. We were happy to do this given the reviews and choices in Dallas were the results seemed inconsistent at best. If you Google "Markham Dallas" you'll see why we picked them.
