Oven igniter by David G. at InsiderPages
Sorry to say I can't recommend this location for servicing their own products. I had a stove with an igniter out, a $50 item that took less than 15 minutes to fix and paid over $200 for the honor of letting the people who sold it to me fix it. This is a 10 year old appliance that I don't believe I paid more than $280 for in the first place. My big mistake was allowing my 19 year old son to handle the transaction as I was out of town. Even with their standard $80 call fee (waived/applied too work done) and the $50 part, this was about $85 more than it should have cost for 15 minutes of work. I've heard of rounding off to the nearest half hour but at $155/hour, why would anyone be a Doctor anymore. Last time I ever call a Maytag repairman. Guess its true, they get called so infrequently they have to make it up on each call.
