I love Dr. Mckinney and his staff. I drive alll the way from Rockwall.

We have been taking our dogs to the McKinney animal clinic for 19 years. Dr. Mckinney has had to put two of our dogs to sleep due to old age and health issues. Thru the process he made it much easier and made us realize it was best for our pets. Two years ago our little dog Cowboy had to have his eye removed and Dr. Mckinney and his staff took great care in taking care of him thru the process. Then just this last week the same little dog had eaten some hair scrunchies and had to have another surgery to remove from his stomach. Not only did Dr Mckinney and his staff take good care of him they, made sure they took care of us to by calling and keeping us posted on his condition. He is now home and doing great. We have no bad things to say about this clinic and if you want a good, caring vet and staff this is where you need to intrust your animal for his care. We love the Mckinney animal clinic.

When we added our second pup to our family, Dr. McKinney asked me if I got permission from my older dog first...I laughed, but he was quite serious about this. Made me feel like he really loved my older dog, which I appreciate very much. Once he saw them together he approved. His wife is very knowledgeable and very helpful. They feel like really great friends. I wouldn't use any other vet team.

We have entrusted three dogs to Dr.McKinney and his staff.Everyone there is very, very competent and super caring.When our first dog was at the end of a terminal illness, he and the staff were super caring for Ginger and us.
We really appreciate his thoroughness and careful approach to treating our dogs.He has never tried to force expensive diagnostic options on us and we always know that our dogs' treatment will be the best.

My family has been taking our pets to Dr Mckinney's office for over Twenty five years for routine pet health and thay have always done a great job. On May 1 my dog severly cut her front leg from attempting to jump through a window. When found she had already lost alot of blood. I was away from the house and friend took her to Dr. Mckinney's for me, I called ahead and told them what had happened and they said they would be ready for her. They quickly assessed the damge and immediatley did sugery saving her life and her leg. I was kept completly informed by his office on everything they were needing to do. There were several follow up visits after the surgery that they did not charge me for. I highly reccommend Dr. Mckinney and his staff for all Veterinarian needs a person may have for their pets.
