On The Border is in regular rotation for my lunch buddies and I. We decided to try this location and I am very sorry that we did! First, when we walked in and requested a table, the hostess looked around from her podium and stated You'll have to wait, there are no tables ready. Just 5 feet away from us, there was a table that seated 6 people...there were only 5 of us.

After a 20 minute wait, we were finally seated. The waiter came by, took our drink order, then left....all without a hello, a smile, an introduction, etc. About 45 minutes into our lunch, we only had water and one bowl of chips & salsa served to us. After a few more minutes, we attempted to stop the waiter to let him know we were ready to order our food. He put his hand in the air, stated that he'd be back, then went to another table to pick up ONE plate. Another 10 minutes went by before he came back to take out order!!

Another 20 minutes later, after we had complained to the manager TWICE, we finally got our food...which was cold!! At this point, we had enough. We asked the manager to give us our check, we paid for the food that we DIDN'T eat, and went to McDonald's.
