Absolutely the best pizza in Dallas. A lot of the family says Campisi's is the best, but for my money this is the best pizza I have ever had. I don't know how they do it either. Its a very simple pie, nothing fancy. There is the dough, the sauce and cheese and toppings. It all comes together to create not just a great pizza but a great meal.

Its a little like deep dish but not so much so that the dough gets soggy or that it feels like your just eating pounds of mozzerella. But its not a thin crust pizza at all, either. At its best, the pizza crust stays crisp on the bottom like a cracker, but even when it is a little limp it is still uncomparable in flavor.
The pizza of course is best about five-ten minutes after it comes out the oven, but but but...... if you leave the pizza out overnight (don't put it in the fridge) and eat it the next day, oh my God it is so great. Wow! the cheese gets a different consistancy to it and the toppings settle down into the pizza a little more. The full flavors seep into it. It is amazing. It is just wonderful.
My fav is the sausage and jalapeno and I would put this pizza up against anyones in the country. Chicago has Uno's. New York has their crap pies. East Dallas, Buckner Terrace has Pizza Getti. Thank God.
PS: the one in Rockwall, is not the same owners and therefore not quite as good. It is good, just not legendary like this one. The recipes seem to be the same, but its just not there at that level.
