I went on a Sunday afternoon and had the best experience I've had at a Pizza Hut in a long time. My favorite pizza of all-time is pan crust, any topping, from Pizza Hut. I've been disappointed in flavor, customer service and wait time at 3 locations: Plano, Ennis, Lancaster. I was ready to give up my Pan Crust but not anymore. I found this location and got my perfect, greasy pan crust pepperoni pizza. On time for carryout, friendly service upon pick-up.....most importantly, great tasting !!!! Also, you'll find that usually people only post comments if they're EXTREMELY dissatisfied and only OCCASIONALLY if they're expectations were exceeded. I don't take the time to comment on "ok, normal" service.‎

THE NIGHT MANAGER LYNN IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THE FOOD WAS LATE AND COLD. THEN HE DIDNT ASK ME HOW HE COULD HELP ME HE TOLD ME WHAT HE WAS NOT GOING TO DO. THEY FORGOT MY RANCH FOR MY WINGS AND LYNN SAID" IM NOT SENDING OUT A DRIVER FOR $1.06" THAT I PAID FOR THE RANCH. WE JUST TRIED THEM AGAIN WE HADNT EATEN THERE IN MONTHS BECAUSE OF THE SAME THING.‎

Not what it used to be. Tastes like grocery store pizza. Will not be going back. I guess they are trying to compete with the Mexican chain in the area.‎

If you check the reviews for pizza hut they are all the same and by the same person indicating a fake review. I'm not saying that the food is bad but it is not normal to have such similar reviews for each restaurant.‎
