Poor Customer Service
Poor Customer Service: My name is Ms. Brown and I have a complaint about the customer service. I placed an order over the phone and unfortunately the pizza I ordered was not available to make. However, the CSR took my order anyway at 8:50 and said that it would arrive at my residence at 9:50. So at 8:53 my phone rang and I couldn't get to it in time. When I called the number right back,still 8:53, she stated that this was pizza hut and my order was cancelled, but will be placed back on my card in 5-10 business days. She did not give me time to call back and replace the order and had a nasty attitude about my question of continuing the order so that I wouldnt be charged a second time. I do not appreciate the attitude or lack of respect towards me, the customer. The most important thing she could have done would have been to be, at least, courteous. I was paying my money to eat. I have never had a problem with pizza hut in my life and this particular restaurant has lost my business.
