HUSTLE
Everyone has to have some type of a hustle. But when there is a hustle, you need to at least provide good customer service. I don't mind spending my money on something if I am at least treated with dignity. I also understand that places of business need to have spanish speaking individuals as employees due to the diversity in patients; however, please do not send someone in to speak to me that has not even mastered their own language---and they are supposed to be bilingual. After waiting longer than 2 hours in a waiting room, then greeted by someone that knows as much english as a two year old and can barely understand me, that was the first no star. Then for my daughter to be approached by a new physician and for the physician to address her with her skin issues and not me( hello she is 12 years old and I am her parent). That was the second no star, then to be given the most expensive acne treatment on the market because you are more than likely receiving a kick back from the pharmaceutical company for the drug was my third no star. The fourth no star related to the fact that I spent roughly 7 minutes in with the physician (Not Dr. B.) and over 2 hours in the waiting area.Hmmm. The only star this place deserves is for the facility., beautiful....But remember, don't judge a book by its cover because if you do you'll pick the wrong read everytime.Lastly, all that glitters is not gold and you can take that to the bank, because they definitely will take you to the bank....

So nice to get good customer service for a change
I would have to say that this was the best experience I have had in a very long time. I was amazed at how personable and friendly the doctor was. All the staff was friendly and treated me like they knew me. I was really nervous about my procedure and the doctor was so patient and made me feel very comfortable, I couldn't believe the patience she was showing me. Good caring professionals are hard to come by anymore. She even took out the time to explain everything detail by detail. Everything went just as she had explained it would. And my results were great. I have to say that I was also very pleased to be able to be serviced in such a state of the art facility at such affordable prices. I was just very pleased with my service overall and have continued to receive other services from them. I would recommend this place to everyone. I was so impressed with the doctor and her staff that after I had my procedure done I went home and told my friend that I was going to send her a card for making my experience so pleasant. My friend stated, "you better wait to send that card until you see how your results come out" I stated back to him, "It doesn't matter how my results come out that I was sending a card because I was so pleased with the professionalism and how personable and friendly everyone was". (And I am glad that I did because as I mentioned my results were even great).

Think TWICE before going here!
This is the worst experience I ever had! First of all we had to wait 2 hours to be seen by the Doctor. Not to mention this was the 3rd time we resecheduled because we waited so long to be seen. The first two times we went in for an appointment we waited almost 3 hours so we just rescheduled. Then when we were finally seen we were treated as if our concerns and questions didn't matter because we were not spending any money for cosemetic procedures that day. You would think after waiting for over 2 hours to be seen that my questions and concerns could be addressed instead of treating me like you had better things to do since we were not spending money! What ever happened to good old fashioned customer service and professionalism? After all, you did file my daughter's visit on insurance and as for me, well you get what you pay for. A free consultation means just that, FREE! And because I didn't jump that day to spend money I was rushed out! Talk about money hunger! So if you are thinking of coming to this office I would think twice unless you just have a lot of time to waste and like to be pressured into how to spend your money for procedures you don't need and not getting any answeres to the questions that address your concerns! Afterall, when you work in a million dollar office you have to find some way to pay for it

Late appointments - and laser hair removal didn't work
Every time I go to this place I can never get my appointment at the scheduled time. Instead I have to listen to some doctor on the t.v. talk about customer service and how she tells her staff to treat people because they can go elsewhere.

I paid $1000 for laser hair removal on my upper lip. I understood that I was a perfect candidate. (Very fair skin with some dark hairs). I have had four treatments and almost no change whatsover.

Worst Dermatology Office
After taking a half day off of work, and arriving with 10 year old daughter in tow, we literally sat in the waiting room freezing our ears off for more than two hours watching these cosmestic surgery commercials on two wide screen tvs over and over and over, then watching as Red Lobster delivered the staff lunch bag after bag. After two hours we were hustled to a back office where we sat freezing for another hour. After three hours of waiting, I finally asked the receptionist for my co-pay refunded and we left without ever being seen by the doctor. Waiting two hours was bad enough, but three hours literally borders on "beyond belief". THREE HOURS OF SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM AND NEVER BEING SEEN BY THE DOCTOR! There were people sleeping sitting up in chairs all over the place, children sprawled in there parents laps as was my case before we finally left. Unless you have a lot of time to waste and absolutely nothing else to do, you might want to take a chance here. I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason - ever.
This definitely goes into the "worse dr. office experience ever" catagory.
