Pitiful
My father recently went in for an inspection on his vehicle. Before he handed over the keys he specifically asked if the window tint seemed to dark to pass. They said it was ok. Once it came time to pay, the clerk said it failed due to light transmission. My father complained only to get threatened to get the police called on him for theft of service. At the end my dad paid, only to get short changed and whatever change he did get was literally thrown at him. I find this unacceptable and unprofessional. Don't give these ingrates your hard earned money. Nobody deserves to be treated in this manner.

Pro Quick lube will rip you off! Buyer beware! Go somewhere else if you don't know about cars. Their mechanics don't know what they are doing, and when you try to complain, the owner will dodge you!
