This is by far the best place to workout in the DFW area. The staff knows your name and is friendly every time you walk in the door.

The best keep secret is the Pilates studio upstairs. This is the largest studio I have seen in Dallas and the staff is highly trained. They offer classes all day long as well as private lessons.

I have been taking lessons for a year now and my core is stronger than ever. Pilates gives you the extra edge to burn that last bit of belly fat.
