DOWNGRADED: reneged on agreement
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. I originally posted a 5-star review. But now I must downgrade that, based on more experience with them. I met with the owner. They will not give you contract or work order, only guidelines. Any offer for the cost of cleaning made verbally will be denied later. They may then charge your credit card more than you expect. The owner talks about building a mega-franchise, and how they now include other business, like their insurance company, all in one office. On the first house cleaning, where they charged the maximum, based on their estimate for a 3-bedroom (over $400) the cleaning team met our expectations. After that, they reneged on our agreement for future charges, and they charged about $250 for what should have been no more than a $150 house cleaning. The fitted sheets on the beds were even put on in the wrong direction. As a result, we terminated our agreement after just a few visits, since they were unwilling to negotiate the discrepancy, and we filed actions against them. I liked their cleaning team, but the office doesn't seem to understand how to work fairly with their customers.
