I called to get information for someone else who is needing an RV Park space. The person on the phone was informative at first, but when I mentioned it wasn't for me, but for someone else, got rude and said they would only talk to that person. I tried to explain that he doesn't get off work until late and goes in early and therefore I was doing all the information-gathering for him, but they refused to give me any more information. Also, the person was very difficult to understand and used some type of speech device. I have no problem with that and I am patient with disabilities, but don't be rude just because I personally won't be living there.‎
