Dr. Sugg is the DaVinci of dentistry! When I go in there, the staff is so professional and caring! I have never had such a good experience at a dental office in my life! He even gives you a radio and has special ways of numbing patients so they feel more comfortable and less fearful!

When I was nineteen, I started having TMJ pain that worsened until I could barely open to eat a sandwich at twenty-one. It was horrible! I was taking Ibuprofen regularly and seeing a chiropractor 2-3 times a week. When Dr. Sugg made me an orthotic for my mouth, I could not believe how quickly I started feeling pain-free again! In just a couple days, I wash't having that terrible joint pain, and I could EAT again! Dr. Sugg has changed my life forever! Can't you imagine the doctors that would have thought I was a nutcase, and tried to put me on depression meds for my pain! I'm so grateful I found him when I did!

This place is a not a place you need to go to, trust me!! I would know. First off the employees do not care about you, the second they leave the room they have something horrible to say about you whether it's making fun of the way you look, talk, smell..ANYTHING! The office manager Laura should not even be a worker anywhere. She avoids patients as much as she can and sits in her office gossiping with all the coworkers that doesn't concern anything about work or dentistry. The treatment counselors will purposely put you on hold for a long time so hopefully the patient will hang up and will no longer have to help them. Some of the workers up there are not even certified to take your xray pictures. They are always hiring and firing staff for no reason, if you are a patient if you notice every couple months you come in there is someone new helping you. Oh yea, this place is WAYYYY OVER PRICING and will make you pay ridiculous amount of money and Dr. Sugg does not care he is money hungry!! Wheatland Dental may seem organized but IT IS NOT AT ALL!! If you do plan on going to this place be sure to bring a book because you will at least be waiting in waiting room for about 2 hours, then another 2 hours in the exam chairs because the staff does not care and the Dr will be eating in his office or yelling at his workers for something small for about 30 mintues. I do not recommend anyone coming here because there is so much to this place not a book can even write everything.

I had been uncomfortable with my smile for years. Thanks to Dr. Sugg and his wonderful staff, I now have a smile that I am truly proud of. I don't have to hold back when I laugh anymore. Thank you, Dr. Sugg!
