Amazing soups

Love the Butternut squash/crab soup! Fresh baked bread for 99 cents. If you ask, they will slice it for you.
Vegetarian or not, it's great food. Multiple area locations: Richardson: @ Coit & Beltway, Forest & Preston (or Royal - or is that Roy's - at Roys they have tons of low carb stuff).

Friendly Staff - No Jamba Juice

FYI: this location has a smoothie bar but it is not the Jamba Juice brand. If you want a Jamba there is a location a couple miles north on Greenville. The smoothies they do have are quite tasty and is in all other ways another great Whole Foods store.
