I too have been 'shammed!" I gave Thomas a check for $900 to buy the supplies needed to update my spa. It is NOT running and the parts are 10 years old. Have you gone to court? I will do the same. Thomas/ABC Spa Repair, poor service
Thomas, the owner of a small spa repair and sales company, does not honor his agreements, and in general doesn't provide the services he promises.

He promised to fix my spa, and then up sold me to a "newer" used spa. He installed the new spa, and did the work he agreed to, but underestimated his costs on the project. He offered a fixed bid price, and when he left, the spa does not run.

I can't get a hold of him, and he does not return my voicemails.

One of his vehicles is a white ford ranger with a license plate number of 58C GD9. We will be taking him to court to remedy his breach of a implied contract.
