I just returned home from having my wife's '02 Accord serviced for a fairly minor repair and wanted to send a BIG thank you to the Service Dept. at John Eagle - Dallas. Keith who was our Svc Advisor was excellent and very helpful even going to the trouble to find my lost wallet which fell out in the car when I dropped it off. The gentleman who pulled my wife's car around washed it thoroughly and even vaccumed the interior which I have not even witnessed at other dealerships where I have recently bought a vehicle. It was a convenient pleasure dealing with Keith and the team and though I've never personally owned a Honda I will surely keep John Eagle in mind when it’s about time for a new purchase based upon today's experience as service goes a long way in my book!
