In addition to being a misanthropist as a result of child sexual abuse, Julie Tiner Ortega DBA Opportunities Recovery Program violated, patient rights, HIPAA, and Texas State Board of Social Worker rules, procedures and licensing requirments under Title 22, Part 34, Chapter 781 of Texas Admininstrative Code.
Additionally, she discharged me from the program without cause or warning, as a result of my making known unethical procedures, in violation of her contract with Denton County and in violation of above codes, regarding deliberate and malicious cheating on contractually required randomization procedures for selection of drug and alcohol/screening candidates.
