Excellent Workout - Personable Trainer
Shawn is attentive, pushes you past what you think your limits are and you get a hell of a workout!
His prices are reasonable and below his competitors but I believe he's heads/tails above others as I've paid top dollar in the past for less of a workout. He is flexible with his schedule and can fit you in most times.
He is flexible with payment, you can pay as you go or in advance. If you pay in advance he's pretty good with establishing a standing appointment at your request so you don't risk not being able to be accommodated at a time that is most convenient for you.
